Livvy has previously worked as a political advisor and climate campaign manager, and also has a background in editorial work. She is a founding member of Our Power and a member of Norwich Climate Commission.

Paul Donnachie - Eaton, Tuckswood and Cringleford
Paul is a retired Chartered Civil Engineer, latterly Head of Highway Design and Development with Norfolk County Council. He has many years of experience working constructively with varied groups to deliver objectives and practical solutions. He is also a big fan of heat pumps, and has had one in his own home since 2022.

John Moore
John has worked in renewable energy development and decarbonisation engineering for 15 years, with a wide experience of technologies. He now provides technical consultancy services in decarbonisation planning for both commercial and community energy clients.
Paul Neale
Paul spent many years working in refurbishing commercial leisure business premises and also renovating many of his own homes. He has run businesses in Greece designing and renovating old and new properties, project management, and property management.
Paul is a Green Party County Councillor. He joined Our Power because he wants to see not-for-profit organisations and councils pushing forward faster with retrofitting and community energy.

Hannah Watson Emmrich
Hannah is a pianist and community and church music director. She is interested particularly in the ways faith and community groups can work together on climate, and has been involved in organising pilgrimages and knowledge-sharing events for churches through the Diocese of Norwich. She was a Norwich Climate Commissioner from 2022-2025 and during this time was a founding member of Our Power, with the aim of empowering communities to work together on energy and retrofit.
Livvy, Cate, Lara and Paul D also sit on the steering group.
