Energy advice

Get help from our energy champions

We offer free, impartial energy advice to people living in Norwich.

Whether you’re looking at options and technology for future-proofing your home, or trying to save money by being more energy efficient, or you need help applying for a grant, one of our local energy champions can help.

See below for details of our regular energy advice surgeries – feel free to bring your latest energy bill or your energy performance certificate (EPC) if you’d like to discuss it.

We may also be able to offer a free home visit, where one of our champions can provide more tailored suggestions for your home.
