Energy advice

We offer free, impartial energy advice to people living in Norwich. Whether you’re struggling with your energy bills, looking for energy efficiency tips, need help applying for a grant or want to talk through the options for greening your home, one of our local energy champions can help. See below for details of our regular energy advice surgeries – feel free to bring your latest energy bill or your energy performance certificate (EPC) if you’d like to discuss it. We may also be able to offer a free home visit, where one of our champions can provide more tailored suggestions for your home.

Our energy champions work around 7-8 hours a week, so please be patient if they don’t get back to you straight away.
