Long term support

Future Projects and Our Power both work on energy in Norwich, but we do different things and a household can use both of us. Both services are free. Our Power provides impartial energy advice, helps people to access grants and other support, and connects people up to share their experiences of green technologies like heat pumps and solar power.

Future Projects takes on the longer casework — energy debt, supplier disputes and complaints, prepayment meter problems, applications to hardship funds and energy trusts, and anything that needs someone to act on the client’s behalf — alongside wider support with debt, benefits and housing.
